Yield #16

We are over the moon with the progress of Yield #16 our first of 2024.  The pepper are looking absolutely tantalizing hanging on their plants.  We are now just under 1 month away from the First Batches of your favorite sauces being carefully curated and bottle.  Yield #16 promises to be an amazing start to 2024.  It will sell out fast, each Flavor will only have 100 bottles produced and you will have to wait another month for the next yield!

A Collection of our favorite recipes that are House of Flame Hot Sauce Forward.  Hot Sauce isn't just a Condiment for your food.  Cooking with a Hot Sauce can drastically increase the flavor profile of your dish.  Send us pictures of your House of Flame Creations and we will feature them!

CRAFTED BY HEAT

At House of Flame we are all about elevating each and every meal we sit down to as a family or a group of Friends.  Our Crafted By Heat is the pairings that we are absolutely loving right now!

Ingredients needed:

- Bottle of Widowmaker

- Captain Hanks Bayou Slang Rub

- Basa Fish

- Tortilla's of choice

- Our Crooked Ladder Coleslaw

- I Spanish Onion

- 3 Tomatoes

- 1 Jalapeno

- 2 Cloves of Garlic

- Cilantro

- Lime

- Sour Cream

Captain Hank's Bayou Slang Rub
WidowMaker Hot Sauce

Step 1: Take the Onion, Tomatos, jalapeno and garlic and roast them in the oven.  Once roasted to your liking drop in blender with a several dabs of the Widowmaker Hot Sauce. Blitz the mixture until everything is incorporated. This is our Fire Roasted Salsa.

Step 2: Take your Basa and liberally Rub the Bayou Slang into the fish.  Pan sear until cooked, you can finish with butter and garlic to push up the flavor.

Step 3: In the same pan that you cooked the fish, take your tortilla and brown off.

Step 4: Tortilla, Basa, Crooked ladder Coleslaw, Roasted Salsa, More Widowmaker on the top and we like to toss in a little lime crema to over do it. 

Step 5:  Crack a Modelo and enjoy!
